The Alpha is the most docile member of our hang glider family—designed for simplicity, comfort, and confidence in the air. It offers exceptionally easy handling, with smooth takeoffs and landings that set it apart from higher-performance wings.
The new Alpha 235 replaces the Alpha 210. Thanks to its lower stall speed and improved control near stall, the 235 provides pilots with greater safety and predictability, especially in low-speed flight.
Known for its forgiving slow-flight characteristics and excellent soaring ability, the Alpha has become the instructor’s favorite training wing. It’s the ideal choice for beginners taking their first solo flights, as well as for pilots who enjoy relaxed, stress-free soaring.
FEATURES
The standard control bar on the Alpha features round downtubes and a round, straight base bar. A round, speed-bar is an available upgrade. This control bar configuration will accept either the 5 inch diameter Hall wheels or the 8 inch or 10 inch diameter Finsterwalder wheels, mounted directly on the base bar.

All panels in the Alpha sail are made with 4 oz woven sailcloth, and are available for use of colored sailcloth.The customers can select their own colors for these panels on non-inventory gliders without any additional custom color choice charge.
