The airframe is built from 7075-T6 drawn seamless tubing (keel, leading edges, battens) with durable 4 oz woven sailcloth, and optional Mylar or laminate upgrades for enhanced performance.

The glider breaks down to a standard size for transport, with an optional short-pack airframe allowing airline-checkable dimensions. Deluxe bags are included for convenient storage.
