The Sport 3 comes in three sizes: 135 ft² (130–155 lbs optimum, hook-in 135–200 lbs), 155 ft² (155–215 lbs optimum, hook-in 150–250 lbs), and 170 ft² (215–275 lbs optimum, hook-in 175–310 lbs). Choose the size that best matches your hook-in weight for optimal handling.

VG, or Variable Geometry, allows pilots to adjust sail tension while flying. “VG off” creates a lighter, more responsive feel for slow-speed thermalling, while “VG on” tightens the sail for higher-speed glide with reduced drag. This lets pilots fine-tune performance to conditions and personal preference.
